Return and Exchange Policy:
We offer a hassle-free, 14-day money back guarantee on any non-Special Order Items. Watches must be returned to us in brand new condition with all protective plastics/tape, hang tags and accessories intact. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, do not wear it. It is almost impossible for a watch to be worn, even for a short period of time, and for the watch not to be blemished or scratched in any way. A return or exchange authorization is required prior to sending any merchandise. Items returned or exchanged can not be worn or tampered with, include the original invoice, all original tags/packaging and reason for return. This authorization can be obtained either by email or telephone communication. Special/custom order items are not returnable due to the specific nature of the request. Special order items are any items that are not on our site, such as; custom-made watches, or special order watches as specified by our watch management team at time of purchase. Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed). Returns will be credited in full minus a 2% restocking fee and original shipping and insurance charges; restocking charges are waived on an exchange.
Return Instructions
- Please contact us to secure a Return Authorization. Call 000-000-0000 or email us at sales@catchettime.com.
- Package your returned merchandise including all original documentation, a copy of your invoice, and any accompanying boxes that the merchandise was initially sent to you in.
- Insure and ship your package to the address that we will provide you with once you contact us for your Return Authorization. Once we receive your return, we will contact you with the phone number we have on file to confirm your exchange or refund. Please note that CachetTime cannot and is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms.
- Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
Refund and Exchange Credit:
If you ordered an item by credit card, your account will receive a credit within 7-14 business days. It should show on your next statement depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle. When ordering by bank wire, PayPal or check, we will credit your account or send a refund check within 14-16 business days. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.
