Cachet Time Guarantee for New/Unworn Watches: Cachet Time prides itself in providing luxury watches at lower than retail prices. All of our watches are 100% authentic and unworn unless otherwise stated. Each watch comes with instruction manuals, serial numbers, and box sets. Every watch manufacturer engraves/stamps an individual and unique serial number on each of their watches for identification purposes. Cachet Time guarantees that each watch it sells will bear the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and unaltered. Although we are not directly affiliated with any of the watch companies whose products we sell, all of our watches are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and original.

 

Cachet Time Limited Warranty for New/Unworn Watches: Cachet Time warranty covers all new/unworn watches for a period of 2-5 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period duration is clearly displayed in the details of each watch. The timepiece must be in our possession prior to warranty expiration regardless of the date the malfunction/defect occurred or was reported. Cachet Time warranty covers manufacturing defects and battery replacement. Cachet Time warranty does not cover damages caused by, but not limited to: impacts, vibrations, magnetic fields, moisture infiltration; nor does it cover straps, bracelets, bezels, buckles, pins, finishes, cases, dials, hands, crowns / crown assemblies, buttons or crystals. Finishes such as but not limited to: scratches, nicks, coatings, etc. Crystal or glass damage. Damage due to wear and tear. Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistant rating. Damage due to physical shock and/or accidental abuse. We do not, and cannot, cover accidental damage, incidental damage, theft, accidental loss, or any damage that is not due to an internal malfunction. Watches come complete with all boxes, instruction manuals, serial numbers, and dealer stamped warranty paperwork whenever possible or applicable. To qualify for the warranty, the watch must have all original papers as well as the original Cachet Time invoice. The watch may not have been modified in any way, may not have been opened by anyone except authorized dealers for the watch, and if it has been opened all proper documentation from the dealer is required. We will usually do our best to fix your piece regardless as a service to you if we can, but please note that if we cannot remedy the problem or if the problem was not due to an internal malfunction, you will be charged to have the watch shipped back.
